The agreement between you and Payroll Center governing use of payrollcenter.net and our services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://payrollcenter.net (the "Site") and the payroll management services (the "Services") provided by Payroll Center ("Payroll Center," "we," "us," or "our"), 1221 Lena Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30314. By using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the company, organization, or household you register. Accounts are issued only after a request is submitted, reviewed, and approved by our team. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Two-step verification (email one-time passcode from noreply@payrollcenter.net) is required for sign-in.
Submitting a request-signup or order form is an expression of interest, not a completed purchase. Our team reviews each request, contacts you to discuss your company and product needs, and then issues an official signup invitation. A service agreement and pricing quote will be provided before billing begins. Payroll Center provides payroll processing, payroll tax calculation and filing support, direct deposit coordination, reporting, and related workforce payment services for companies, organizations and individuals across the United States. You remain the employer of record for your workers and are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the information you provide (hours, rates, addresses, tax IDs). We are not liable for penalties resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information supplied to us.
Fees are quoted per your plan and are due in U.S. dollars. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services. You may opt in to billing notifications (email, with optional SMS alerts) via our Billing Alerts page.
Where you optionally consent to text messages, the following apply under U.S. carrier requirements and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA):
You agree not to: misuse the Site; attempt unauthorized access; submit false, misleading or fraudulent information; use the Services for money laundering or to pay individuals engaged in unlawful activity; or reverse engineer any part of the Site. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or applicable law.
The Site, its content, logos, and software (including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and Java components provided with the Site) are the property of Payroll Center or its licensors and are protected by U.S. copyright, trademark and other laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Content on the Site is general information, not legal, tax or accounting advice; consult a qualified professional for advice on your circumstances.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAYROLL CENTER'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Payroll Center from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or inaccurate information you provide.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. You and Payroll Center each waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@payrollcenter.net. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, or legal risk. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 7–11) survive termination.
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new "Last revised" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
